Can I return my order?

Yes. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required, and there's no restocking fee.

How do I start a return?

  1. Email support@roha-home.com with your order number (and, if you'd like, the reason for your return, which helps us improve our service).
  2. We'll reply with simple instructions and the return address for your package.
  3. Pack the items, ideally in the original packaging, and ship them back to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 7 business days if everything is in order.

What are the conditions for a full refund?

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and intact.
  • Use the original packaging where possible to prevent damage in transit.
  • Return shipping is arranged by the customer.

My item arrived damaged or isn't working properly. What should I do?

Sometimes things go wrong, whether at the supplier, in our warehouse, or in transit, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible. Contact support@roha-home.com as soon as you receive the item and include:

  • Photos of the packaging and the defect
  • A short description of the problem
  • Your order number

We'll review it and offer the right solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
