Can I return my order?
Yes. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required, and there's no restocking fee.
How do I start a return?
- Email support@roha-home.com with your order number (and, if you'd like, the reason for your return, which helps us improve our service).
- We'll reply with simple instructions and the return address for your package.
- Pack the items, ideally in the original packaging, and ship them back to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 7 business days if everything is in order.
What are the conditions for a full refund?
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and intact.
- Use the original packaging where possible to prevent damage in transit.
- Return shipping is arranged by the customer.
My item arrived damaged or isn't working properly. What should I do?
Sometimes things go wrong, whether at the supplier, in our warehouse, or in transit, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible. Contact support@roha-home.com as soon as you receive the item and include:
