Europe: Ordered before 22:45, shipped the same day. Delivery within the the EU: 4-7 working days.
Although we offer shipping to all countries, a few islands are excluded from our delivery area. If your country is available during checkout we ship to your country. We also provide standard international tracked shipping at no additional cost on all orders.
Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier service.
Can I return my order?
If you're not satisfied with a product, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. What do you need to do?
1. Send an email (including your order number) to support@roha-home.com – It would help us improve our service if you include the reason for your decision.
2. We will contact you with advice on the best return method for your package.
3. Pack the items, preferably in the original packaging, and ship them to the address provided.
4. All items will be checked upon receipt. If everything is in good order, you can expect a refund within 7 working days.
What are the conditions for a full refund?
Please keep the following conditions in mind if you wish to receive a full refund:
- Preferably use the original packaging to prevent any damage during transport.
- The products must reach us intact, undamaged, and unused.
My items arrived damaged or aren't functioning properly. What should I do?
Sometimes things can go wrong—whether at the supplier, in our warehouse, or somewhere along the way. In such cases, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible! Please contact our customer service immediately after receiving your item via support@roha-home.com.
Send us as much information as possible to help us clearly understand the issue and offer an appropriate solution:
- Photos of the packaging and the defect
- A description of the problem
- Order number
Package the goods in the original packaging to prevent damage during transport. The products must arrive to us complete and undamaged. Additionally, the return form must be included so we can identify your return.
Sometimes things go wrong — with the supplier, in our warehouse, or during transit. When that happens, we do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
Please contact our customer service immediately after receiving the item at support@roha-home.com and provide us with as much information as possible so we can assess the issue and offer a suitable solution
